Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
|

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries |
| • |
1 scoop or about ½ cup of non-fat vanilla ice cream or low fat vanilla yogurt |

5 ice cubes |
| • |
2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey |
| • |
¾ cup of skim milk |
| • |
extra berries for garnish (about 1 tablespoon) |

Instructions
In a blender, combine all the ingredients and put the lid on. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into two glasses and garnish with some extra berries. Makes 2 servings. This recipe can be doubled and will give you four servings. |
