Instructions
Combine mashed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, butter, egg, coconut, milk and vanilla; mix well. Pour into a buttered 1- to 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. For the topping, mix light brown sugar, pecans, flour, melted butter or margarine, and salt. Pour over top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 F in oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
