| Strawberry Soup |
Ingredients

1 cup plain Yogurt |

1 1/2 cup fresh Strawberries, sliced |

2 Tbs orange juice |
| • |
1 Tbs honey |
Garnish: fresh strawberry slices, mint sprigs, or kiwi slices |

Instructions
In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, blend ingredients.
Chill for up to three hours before serving. When ready to serve, add garnish to each serving. Makes 2 servings.
Variations
You can substitute white or red grape juice for orange juice, substitute apple juice for orange juice and to make it creative, you can serve this soup in hollowed-out cantaloupe shells. |
